Senior Product Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to deliver business analysis on digital and
technology within the core product team. The Product Analyst role belongs to The
Product Organisation reporting into the Head of Product.

As the Product Analyst, you willwork within the product squad(s), liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will beaccountable for supporting Product Owners and Product Designers with the quality of discovery, requirements elicitation and management, ensuring that the end product meets the project objectives.

You will be a core member of our Product team working closely with our Product
leadership and engineering teams to ensure we build our products correctly.
Insurance telematics is an emerging industry where the ability to craft exquisite, digital, user-facing products creates competitive advantage for our clients.

Previous Business/ Product Analyst experience is required, together with experience on
scrum/agile product development and delivery in mobile or digital environments. Having an
insurtech / Insurance background would be a plus in this role but it is not required.

Accountabilities
? Working closely with your partnered product owner across a number of squads, Products
and Features.
? Working with the Head of Product to understand the overall product strategy and
roadmaps with a key understanding of the value the work is aiming to drive.
? Working closely with Product Owners to understand WHAT we are trying to achieve and
help to work on HOW we get there.
? Working closely with development teams, guild leads and other technical leadership to
ensure backlogs have required technical detail to avoid confusion and delays in delivering
new products / features.

Job requirements
? A proven track record of working on successful digital/mobile products.
? Experience and strong understanding of product development methodologies and tools.
? Strong Business Analysis Background.
? Experience of ERP systems and Jira
? Experience working in Agile/ Scrum environment
? Strong planning and execution skills and ability to drive things home.
? Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, define and measure product KPIs.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Entrepreneurial approach with clear bias for informed action and ability to perform with
little supervision is highly desirable.
? Experience with B2B products and understanding the difference between user and client
needs would be a plus
