Job Description

Harris Global are looking for a Scheduler to join our clients based in South Lanarkshire. The main responsibilities will be to manage the Incident and Request Queues. You will be dealing daily with the customers, booking appointments, rescheduling appointments, and closing jobs down. You will also be managing the onsite Engineers work distribution. Additionally, you will need a technical understanding, candidates who do not have a technical understanding will not be considered.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Gather information through relevant business systems/tools to ensure that relevant data is recorded for reporting purposes.
  • Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries and escalating where appropriate.
  • Recognition of reoccurring faults that come into que that can quickly be delt with.
  • Experience of relevant business systems eg SAP/ITSM/Service Now.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
  • Must be able to follow documentation regarding technical configuration (mobile and tablet devices).
