About the role We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Mac Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day to day support across our Mac systems, applications and equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring staff can work efficiently with the tools they need, while helping to maintain a secure and well managed IT environment. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for Mac systems and multimedia technologies. Support and maintain the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Audition preferred). Assist with audio visual setup and support for meetings and events. Use IT ticketing/incident management systems to track and resolve issues. Skills & Experience Must have strong Mac support experience in a business or creative environment. Must have strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Premiere Pro, Audition ideal). Must have strong Jamf expertise for device management. Audio visual experience preferred. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.

Harris Global are looking for a Scheduler to join our clients based in South Lanarkshire. The main responsibilities will be to manage the Incident and Request Queues. You will be dealing daily with the customers, booking appointments, rescheduling appointments, and closing jobs down. You will also be managing the onsite Engineers work distribution. Additionally, you will need a technical understanding, candidates who do not have a technical understanding will not be considered. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Gather information through relevant business systems/tools to ensure that relevant data is recorded for reporting purposes. Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries and escalating where appropriate. Recognition of reoccurring faults that come into que that can quickly be delt with. Experience of relevant business systems eg SAP/ITSM/Service Now. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
