Technical Architect

Our client, a fast-growing software company that specialises in payment security, is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Product and Technical Shared Services team remotely.

The successful candidate needs to have a proven track record in designing, implementing, integrating and trouble-shooting complex technical solutions in Cloud as well as possess excellent customer facing skills, impeccable communication capabilities and a dynamic, pragmatic approach. In addition to owning the overall technical design of projects, the Senior Architect will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Technical Architects across the business to provide consultative input to their projects.

The candidate will need to have extensive experience in Telephony (particularly in SIP, RTP and DTMF delivery) and data networking, as well as expertise in web service technologies (SOAP, REST & XML), covering security, networking, applications and PCI concepts. Great understanding of PSP integrations, working with card payment systems as well as expertise in Linux, AWS, Security, IP & Web Technologies (Basic HTML/CSS & JavaScript, VMWare ESXi & VCenter). Extensive knowledge of speech recognition systems is a bonus.
