Workday HCM Functional Lead/6 month/Outside IR35/Consultancy

Due to the rapid growth of my client and new projects they have recently won my client are looking to strengthen their Workday capability and require a HCM Lead on an initial 6 month contract. The role can be completed fully remotely, falls outside of IR35 and can pay up to £650 per day for the right candidate.

This role specifically requires experience working on the Partner/Consultancy side of a Workday project.

Experience required also includes the following:

- Solid understanding of the Workday methodology and customer side deliverables.

- Strong functional knowledge of HCM

- Highly articulate and consultative approach

- Experience engaging with C-level and below

- Strong Ability to manage plans, tasks, timelines, risks and issues
