IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line Support)

Type: Permanent

Location: Crawley (along with remote working options)

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (potential negotiation)

An opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a global leader in technology solutions, cloud services, digital media and marketing. The chosen candidate will be join a small but busy IT team and be user focused as well as being involved in IT Projects.

You will be the first point of contact for technical assistance for users and provide hands on and remote troubleshooting.

Key Skills/Experience

  • 1/2 Years experience in a direct front line technical role, with strong experience of troubleshooting.
  • O365 Support/Admin Experience
  • User Support across Mobile, Desktop and Cloud technologies
  • VMware Experience (Desirable)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
