Based across 4 offices, in 3 countries, we are looking for a self-starting, organised individual to join the busy data & systems team who support over 60 Recruitment Consultants
Reporting to the Data Solutions Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day data tasks as well as the development of reporting from the CRM, ultimately improving the quality and depth of the data held in our CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Management: managing, locating, and resolving duplication in the CRM; documenting subject access requests and deletions
- Implement data admin tasks and procedures and make updates to improve them where possible
- Asset management of the Group's IT equipment
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure invoices are raised on a timely manner
- Audit of consultant's data usage in relation to our Data Protection policies
- Verification of new clients and limited company details, ensuring all documentation is collected and stored in the correct locations
- New Starter Management: ensuring the new staff member has access to all the correct areas of the business and leavers are off boarded correctly in and in a timely fashion.
- Reporting and trend analysis of the CRM data, using the tools available to you
Required Experience/skills:
- IT Skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of or desire to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (MS Dynamics preferably)
- Knowledge of or desire to learn Data Protection regulations, including GDPR
- Knowledge of or desire to learn MS Power Automate, MS Dynamics and MS Power Bi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, and a tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy
- Highly organised and methodical
