Through continued success and growth, they are looking to recruit an Applications Support Engineer to work on supporting their newest enterprise product.

This role would suit an individual from a technical background such as Application support, development, DevOps or similar with technical understanding of Java, Python and Linux looking for a customer-facing role where you will communicate with customers and stakeholders and will be able to advance technically and progress your career.

The Role:
* Fully remote working available (must currently be UK based)
* Providing Software Support to a range of global customers and major stakeholders
* Technical diagnosis and fault-finding, Identifying and resolving complex issues and reporting back to the development team
* Lead role in installation projects with Linux

The Person:
* Commercial experience in a technical role such as Application Support, Development, DevOps or similar
* Strong knowledge of Java, Python and Linux, as well as infrastructure
* Looking for a customer facing role, communicating with customers and stakeholders
* Looking for a long-term career where you will be able to advance technically and progress your career
