Commercial Intelligence Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team. This role will be crucial in supporting their EMEA arm to provide a data-driven view of performance across Pricing, Marketing, and Product to drive a long-term strategy for the entire business.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for analysing business performance across EMEA
• Work alongside Business Analytics team to assess data requirements and translate this into actionable insight
• Provide solutions to accelerate business performance, based on data-driven insight
• Support the EMEA team with budget processes
• Ensure that business performance is in line with budget, highlighting outliers and providing context
• Collaborate with key functional areas such as CRM, Pricing, Product, Marketing
• Support the EMEA team with preparing analysis, presentations and additional materials that will help paint the picture about business performance
• Keep up to date with what's happening across the EMEA region in terms of competitive dynamics, promos, and new launches through market insight
• Have strong communication skills providing regular updates to the team on market developments that may impact the business

Experience:

• Experience in the Fintech, Consumer Technology, Strategy Consulting or E-Commerce industry sectors
• An MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline is desirable
• Experience in growth digital companies and in global matrix organizations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• SQL skills preferred (although not essential)
