Overall purpose of role
As a hands on technical ESaaS Senior Engineer you will work closely with our ESaaS live Services, ESaaS Academy ( ESaaS training) and our consumers to ensure relentless stable live services You will be responsible for the ITIL process in production and the live infrastructure and the automation of our onboarding process. You will work with a team of Elastic/ automation engineers to ensure all integration points/ reports/ customer visible configurations/consumer questions are as automated (chatbot and search pages etc ) and intuitive as technically possible.
The role is also required to be able to build and draw reports from Kibana and ServiceFirst to provide pictures of our live service stability and usability.
The role will be working hands on with the Global Product Owner, The Release & LCT Product Owner and the Architect Owner to provide the input to our Product backlog. The creation of the documentation around the business outcomes and Features from a live services and training perspective as well as their acceptance criteria’s.
The role has a key responsibility to work within agile/ Lean frameworks supporting the continuous drive to better products faster strategy.
You will maintain excellent relationships and communication with global stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas, including the automation and distribution of production of Stability Metrics (incident, change, capacity, SLAs, infrastructure).
