You will play a key role in delivering immersive technology learning programmes for Studio Residents and the wider community, helping to build skills and confidence in emerging technologies. Working collaboratively with university teams and external partners, you will develop and coordinate learning opportunities that align with strategic objectives. You will also facilitate engaging workshops, events, and activities for Studio Residents, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation in immersive media. About You Proven experience in immersive media and creative technology demonstration. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. About the Role Within this role you will provide first line support for hardware and software issues, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. You will be the routine contact point for IT support, troubleshooting and resolving straightforward issues while escalating complex cases as needed. Responsibilities include documenting service requests, assisting with diagnostics, testing solutions, and maintaining IT systems. You'll collaborate with wider IT teams, contribute to the IT support knowledge base, and support staff with digital technologies.
