Business Systems Analyst – Permanent – Surrey – Pathology, Agile, UML, SSADM, System Development Lifecycle. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting in fully optimizing all systems development to meet customer and business needs. Essential:- Oil & Gas background, Server 2012, Exchange, INM Blade Server, VBlock, EMC SAN Data Domain, Strong background of Data Centre operations & technologies, Network Infrastructure components, Data Backup methodologies, MCSE preferred, ITIL certified, to be able to forecast budgetary justifications, IT Back Office Systems Administrator Accountabilities: Coach and develop Iraqi staff through on the job training and progression of formal training, maintaining and deliver the team training plan, promoting personal development. Lead activities to recover from incidents and completing subsequent problem management and Root Cause Analysis. Manage the implementation of project and activity monitoring progress, identifying key issues and risks. Take proactive remediation steps when required.
