In this role you will support the entry of Goods Received Notes into the project finance system, assist with invoice matching, and handle event booking where applicable. You will also help the office manager with all aspects of cost management administration duties and provide support for all administrative systems. You will encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership. You will be required to raise any issues regarding overdue or outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders.
