Job Description

About The Role

At EKFB we're shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.

We're recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our project based from our 'Greatworth to Southam' (G2S) section in Chipping Warden.

In this role you will support the entry of Goods Received Notes into the project finance system, assist with invoice matching, and handle event booking where applicable.

You will also help the office manager with all aspects of cost management administration duties and provide support for all administrative systems.

You will encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership. You will be required to raise any issues regarding overdue or outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders.

About Us

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.

We are proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80 km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of work includes 15 viaducts, 5 km of green tunnels, 22 km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.

EKFB is committed to improving lives, communities and the engineering and construction industry by providing sustained employment opportunities and by being a good neighbour, protecting the environment and the places we work.

We are committed to, and strongly believe in, inclusiveness and equality of opportunity. Everyone who works with EKFB has a contribution to make; we welcome applications from all backgrounds, experiences and abilities, and we endeavour to strengthen inclusive working environments where everyone feels they truly belong and can bring their whole, authentic selves to work.

Many of our people work flexibly and we would be happy to discuss how this could work for you.

Pre employment Checks

If you are successful in the selection process, we will carry out the relevant employment checks, which include references, ID verification, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work checks in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further checks.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance will be required (to be undertaken as part of the onboarding process).
