You will be the first technical point of contact for a portfolio of UK customers running Odoo Community and Enterprise - diagnosing issues, restoring service against agreed SLAs, and turning recurring tickets into small change requests, training nuggets and configuration improvements. This is a brilliant seat for someone who enjoys the variety of multi-customer support work and wants real ownership of the customer relationship rather than being buried at the back of a queue. Key Responsibilities triage and resolve incoming tickets across the core Odoo modules - Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting and CRM using the partner's ticketing platform and chat tools reproduce defects in sandbox environments, raise reproducible bug reports to development, and own customer communication through to closure run regular service reviews with your account customers, spot patterns across tickets and propose small enhancements or training sessions that reduce future contact volume support minor data fixes, user provisioning, report tweaks and routine release testing as new Odoo versions land What We're Looking For hands on Odoo experience - either from an end user role inside a business running Odoo or from a previous AMS/support role at an Odoo partner practical knowledge of two or more core modules (ideally including Accounting and Inventory) comfort reading basic Python/XML to understand custom modules a developer has built confident on the phone and in writing with non technical users, structured in how you triage and prioritise, and quietly tenacious in chasing root causes rather than just closing tickets exposure to SQL, Postgres, basic Linux command line or earlier ERPs (Sage, SAP Business One, NetSuite) is a plus but not essential What's On Offer A clear AMS to Consultant progression path with funded Odoo certifications, a hybrid working pattern that respects life outside work, a discretionary bonus tied to customer satisfaction and ticket quality, generous holiday plus your birthday off, pension, private healthcare, and a genuinely supportive team where senior consultants coach.
