Responsibilities Leading end to end UX design for enterprise and Data Science tools Designing complex workflows, systems, and user journeys, including edge cases Running discovery activities such as workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing Embedding user centred design practices into product development processes Translating research, business, and technical requirements into clear design solutions Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Business teams to shape direction Using insights, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences and outcomes Producing high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, and prototypes Contributing to and evolving design systems and shared patterns Communicating ideas and design decisions to stakeholders at all levels Mentoring and supporting others to grow UX capability across teams Promoting collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement within the design function Qualifications A strong UX portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, rationale, and high quality interaction design Deep understanding of UX principles applied to complex, multi journey systems Experience designing at scale across interconnected products or services High standards for usability, accessibility, and interaction design quality Confidence using research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to feedback and critique Experience working in agile, cross functional product environments Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints We're proud to be an accredited Disability Confident Leader, where everyone's welcome.
