As the IT and Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of two very important teams: IT and Business Support Services. It’ll be within your scope to make sure that the services are efficient and suitable for our staff and students’ needs. You will use your leadership and management skills to develop your staff and services and to work in partnership with others across the University.
You will have demonstrable experience of working within a formal ICT service delivery environment, ideally within higher education as well as experience in managing and developing an effective team in a complex environment. In addition, you will have strong technical competence, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as a proven understanding of, and commitment to, the delivery of effective customer service.
