Implementation Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Consultant to join an established digital agency and work on one of their biggest client projects. This role will suit someone with a background working in IT consultancy, someone who has at least basic business analysis skills and who is capable of building strong relationships within their public sector client. You will be assisting the client with onboarding, organising training, setting up workshops, carrying out GAP analysis and so on. You should be used to analysing processes and systems, identifying any changes required to enable their platform to be implemented smoothly. You will be guiding the client through the change process, identifying new opportunities or requirements and running client workshops. This is a role which requires strong attention to detail, solid analytical skills and really good stakeholder management ability. You should be used to liaising with technical staff too - and you should be used to working in Agile environments. There is a fair bit of travel involved in this role - a couple of days a week, typically and one day per week in the Leeds office. When you're not on client site or in the office they are happy for you to work from home.
