Develop CMDB capabilities, ensuring alignment with CSDM and ITIL best practice. Establish and maintain ITAM and SACM governance frameworks, policies and operating procedures. Improve asset data quality through Discovery, integrations and ongoing data governance. Manage the full hardware asset life cycle including procurement, deployment, inventory management, refresh and disposal. Lead software licence management, compliance activities, vendor audits and optimisation initiatives. Produce reporting and dashboards to provide visibility of asset performance, compliance, risk and financial metrics. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to embed best practice across the organisation. Drive continual service improvement and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management.
