Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a fast moving business. To support the pace and scale of growth over recent years they have invested in technology, moving to a cloud based environment and are looking to standardise the rollout of this CRM system and associated applications across all of their office bases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business that has a strong focus on growth. We are ideally looking for a self motivated experienced Developer with an underlying passion for the CRM element to lead development work and provide support to the business in the form of product knowledge. Role responsibilities * To provide experience and expertise in Dynamics configurations * To provide subject matter expertise in the Microsoft portfolio of products and services. * To configure, customise and develop CRM to meet business needs. * To be the focal point for fast delivery of systems changes and new implementations. * To co-ordinate promotions from development, to test, to production environments. * To document high level design options, and make considered recommendations. * To ensure technically appropriate solutions are implemented. * To drive unit testing and assist with UAT. Essential Skills and Experience * Minimum of 18 months of Dynamics development experience including online exposure and a strong understanding of the Microsoft portfolio. * Ability to create design documents and architectural proposals. * Happy to speak with other departments to find out their business needs and tailor a fit to these, deliver training and most importantly being able to communicate clearly with those who do not understand the ‘Tech’ side of IT. Desirable Skills and Experience * Ideally Microsoft certified, including customisation and configuration in Dynamics. * Experience of C#, Dynamics plugins, SQL, Azure service bus, LogicApps, Fetch XML and Office 365. Our Client will fully support the successful candidate to expand their own skill and experience with training and offer the opportunity to join the business following an investment in IT and be part of the team that is tailoring these to fit with the business and user needs. On offer is a basic salary of between £35,000 and £40,000, further software related training to ensure continued learning with Microsoft and related packages and software.
