Business Development Manager – ERP Software This role covers the whole of the UK and will suit home based sales professionals. Role Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Home Based (HQ in Birmingham) Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (potentially more for highly relevant candidates) Benefits: OTE £100k+ plus benefits package A successful, high profile company in the ERP Software Solutions sector is now inviting applications for the position of Business Development Manager. Ideal candidates will have a successful, demonstrable track history selling ERP Software Solutions into medium to large Engineering / Manufacturing companies. Knowledge of mainstream solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Infor, SAP will be advantageous. Salary will be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 with an uncapped OTE of £80,000 to £100,000, Car Allowance and Full benefits scheme. Your home location is not too important as the majority of your time will be spent visiting clients across the UK and sometimes internationally, however you will be expected to travel to offices in Birmingham for regular meetings. Your role will involve working with sales management and marketing teams to develop and execute plans for target market sectors, identify and undertake specific initiatives to win new business at each account and identify, contact and qualify new prospects within the territory. Following up marketing leads to develop and execute responses to queries from prospects and clients which may take the form of informal requests or more formal RFI/RFP documents is also part of your role.
