Application Support Consultant

Becoming an Application Support Consultant with Capita Resourcing:An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy and fast paced Maidenhead office for an Application Support Consultant. Providing support to Capita Resourcing staff across a range of technologies you will be a part of a team responsible for ensuring that all faults and requests are managed in an efficient and timely manner.In turn you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop within this role gaining new and improving existing skills and playing an integral part in the smooth running of the team. Ideally you will already have experience of the technologies utilised by the team although candidates with experience of working in a helpdesk and a desire to learn these technologies will also be consideredWhat you will do: * Provide 1st line and 2nd line on site, telephone & email support for the Resourcing application software (Fieldglass, Lumesse, Peoplefluent RMS & VMS) * Work independently and on own initiative and escalate items as required. * Track and monitor all work with time recorded within the CRM solution. * Ensure that issues, system failures and business critical items are escalated promptly and appropriately with suppliers and Capita stakeholders to the agreed WPSIT P1 Incident Management Process * Manage 3rd party suppliers to investigate & resolve issues against agreed SLAs * Manage 3rd party suppliers to complete & documents changes to the agreed change request process, timescales and costs.
