Senior Front-End Engineer

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of a scalable, high-performance and flexible front-end web application. This role will require exceptional programming skills as well as outstanding experience and talent in building elegant, intuitive and functional user interfaces. You will work closely with the product owner and other front-end developers to implement a superior, frictionless user experience through a highly iterative, evolutionary approach – we are looking for a restless desire to create a stunning product.

Skills/Qualifications: 
-    5+ years of post-academic experience working on UI projects
-    Extensive experience in building data-driven web applications with HTML4-5, CSS3, JavaScript (including React, Redux, Node.js and others)
-    Experience complex streaming data sources, preferably in real-time
-    Outstanding experience in performance optimisation and load testing
-    Strong experience integrating external APIs and databases
-    Ability to produce clean, modular, unit-tested code accompanied with solid understanding of design patterns
-    Excellent understanding of best practices and application security to create application that withstands the known penetration techniques
-    Solid experience with delivering large web applications with valid semantic and cross browser compatible and responsive to different screen sizes
-    Java, python and cloud DevOps knowledge is a plus
