Global ISV Partner Manager (ISV & AWS Marketplace) - United Kingdom, Northern Europe
ClickUp
At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. About the Role ClickUp is hiring a Global ISV Partner Manager to help build and scale our strategic ISV ecosystem, with a particular focus on high-value software partners and AWS Marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market execution, and ecosystem strategy: recruiting and growing the right partners, shaping joint motions, and turning those relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer impact. This is a strong fit for a builder who knows how to create structure where a motion is still taking shape. You will help define which partners matter most, how we position ClickUp with them, how AWS Marketplace fits into the commercial motion, and how to turn a small set of strategic relationships into repeatable growth. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner-facing leaders to ensure the ecosystem becomes a practical lever for expansion rather than a side channel. Mission Build a focused, high-impact Global ISV partner ecosystem that strengthens ClickUp's market reach, creates repeatable AWS Marketplace and co-sell motions, and drives durable pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships. Please note, this role does require travel and in-office work days in one of our US (Seattle, San Diego, Chicago, Dallas, Boston), UK (London), or Ireland (Dublin) based hubs 3x per week. Client visits or traveling on site to partners will count as an in office day. What You'll Accomplish Recruit, prioritize, and grow a focused portfolio of strategic ISV partners that align with ClickUp's product strategy, target customers, and growth priorities. Help define and operationalize the AWS Marketplace motion for this partner set, including how partners attach to opportunities, how deals move through the marketplace, and where ClickUp creates mutual commercial value. Develop joint business plans with priority partners, translating strategy into concrete actions, pipeline creation, co-sell execution, and clear success metrics. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, and other GTM teams so partner activity is connected to field execution and customer outcomes. Enable partners to position ClickUp effectively, identify strong-fit use cases, and build repeatable plays around implementation, expansion, transformation, or AI-driven workflow modernization. Establish a practical operating cadence for the motion, including partner selection criteria, activation milestones, pipeline inspection, forecasting inputs, and regular performance reviews. Use data, market feedback, and partner insight to refine where ClickUp should invest, which relationships deserve deeper focus, and which motions are generating the most leverage. Represent ClickUp externally with partners, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders, helping strengthen our credibility in strategic partnership and marketplace conversations. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, business development, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or SaaS. Strong track record building or growing strategic technology, ISV, cloud, or partner-led go-to-market relationships that influenced pipeline or revenue. Experience working with cloud marketplaces, co-sell motions, or strategic software-partner ecosystems, ideally including AWS Marketplace exposure. Clear evidence of turning partner strategy into execution through partner recruitment, joint planning, enablement, and measurable commercial outcomes. Strong understanding of partner economics and the tradeoffs between partner breadth, partner quality, and field adoption. Ability to operate as a hands on builder in an ambiguous environment, creating structure, priorities, and momentum without waiting for a fully mature program. Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners alike. Demonstrated cross-functional effectiveness with sales, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams. Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, customer engagements, and internal collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Background in a high-growth SaaS company where partnerships were a meaningful part of the go-to-market model. Experience building or scaling motions with strategic software partners around workflow, productivity, automation, collaboration, AI, or digital transformation. Familiarity with AWS Marketplace private offers, co-sell mechanics, or broader marketplace deal execution. Existing network of strategic ISVs, cloud partner leaders, or ecosystem operators that could translate well to ClickUp's priorities. Experience helping partners build services, implementation, or packaged solution plays around a software platform. Strong analytical instincts and comfort using partner data to guide prioritization, investment, and performance management. What Success Looks Like Success in this role looks like building a sharper, more productive strategic partner motion-not simply adding logos. A strong hire will help ClickUp identify the right ISVs to invest in, stand up clearer AWS Marketplace and co-sell plays, and turn those efforts into more consistent sourced and influenced pipeline. They will also help create better internal alignment so the field understands how and when to engage partners, making the ecosystem a more dependable growth lever for the business. Location & Travel This role must be based in the following geographic areas: The United States (Boston, Seattle, San Diego, Dallas, Chicago), The United Kingdom (London), or Ireland (Dublin). The role will work across strategic partner relationships that may span multiple regions Globally, and it should maintain strong overlap with key internal GTM stakeholders and priority partners. Travel is expected as part of building and growing strategic partner relationships. Why This Role Is Compelling This is an opportunity to help shape how ClickUp grows through strategic software partnerships at an important moment in the company's evolution. You will have direct influence on which relationships matter most, how we translate partner strategy into real commercial impact, and how AWS Marketplace and broader ecosystem motions fit into our future. For the right person, it is a chance to pair strategic thinking with hands on execution and build something consequential quickly. Unsure if you meet all the qualifications of this job description but are deeply excited about the role? We hire based on ambition, grit, and a passion for improving the way people work. Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Join BLP Digital The Solution for ERP Automation BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. Spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, we build AI agents that automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for some of the world's largest enterprises. We solve real enterprise problems with cutting edge technology and a strong sense of ownership. Our solution is live in 40+ countries, used by 20,000+ daily active users, and automates 70,000+ processes every day, including for Fortune 500 companies. As one of Switzerland's fastest growing SaaS scaleups, our success stems from deep expertise in technology and business processes, delivering a product with outstanding product market fit, proven by a growing global customer base. We have welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor, and we are now expanding into the UK with the launch of our London office. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today. About The Position We're looking for the top 1% - engineers who treat their craft like athletes treat performance, and who want to work alongside people who do the same. The world has changed dramatically in the last quarter. What used to take a team of consultants six months now takes a sharp engineer a few days. The momentum is unreal, and we're growing into it fast. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you're embedded directly in our customers' environments, taking a messy enterprise problem from first conversation to a working production system in days - not quarters. You work as part of a small senior team-alongside a Senior Consultant and other FDEs-and you own the technical solution end-to-end: architecture, integrations, agent and workflow logic, frontend where needed, evals, deployment. The work starts and ends with the customer, not the codebase. Feedback cycles are measured in hours, the bar is high, and the people you ship with will push you to raise it. Key Responsibilities Sit with end-users, process owners, and client engineers to understand the real workflow - and the real problem underneath the stated one. Translate the target state process into a concrete technical solution: architecture, data model, integrations, agent and workflow design - and ship it in days and weeks, not quarters. Build full stack: TypeScript backend, React frontend where needed, integrations, LLM orchestration, evals. Demo early and often. Put working software in front of real users and fold their feedback into the next iteration. Make speed/quality/cost trade offs in real time. Choose build vs. buy vs. configure existing platform capability. Own observability and evals once live. Iterate until the system is reliable in the customer's real conditions. Earn trust with the client's own engineering and security teams - API access, data flows, deployment, reviews. Bring patterns back - reusable components, prompt structures, integration approaches - so the next engagement ships faster. Requirements Builder background with real shipping experience - you've taken systems from zero to production and kept them running. Fluent with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, tool and function calling, agent frameworks, evals, prompt engineering as a real discipline. Strong with TypeScript on the backend and React (or equivalent) on the frontend. Comfortable with APIs, auth, queues, and integrating with legacy systems. Daily, fluent use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar - expected to ship meaningfully faster than a traditional engineer because of them. Customer facing instinct - you genuinely enjoy being in the room with users, asking sharp questions, and pushing back respectfully when needed. You move fast, communicate clearly, and operate well with ambiguity. Comfortable being dropped into an unfamiliar domain and coming back with a working prototype. Fluency in English. German is a plus. Bonus: experience automating business processes in the ERP space (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar), or prior background in consulting, solutions engineering, or founding/building products end to end. Benefits Solve real problems, fast. Join a high growth deep tech startup tackling real world challenges for global industry leaders. Work at the frontier. We use and build with state of the art tech - the latest LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools, with the budget and mandate to keep up as the field moves. Build with the best tools. No legacy stack to drag around. Big responsibility, fast. You own customer engagements end to end from day one - architecture, build, delivery, and the relationship. Opportunities to grow. You're controlling your personal development and career trajectory in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding startup. Exceptional colleagues. You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers.

This role is designed for high-agency engineers with a founder's mindset. You will address blockers to production including solving the integration complexities, data readiness issues, and state-management issues that prevent AI from reaching enterprise-grade maturity. Architect and code the connective tissue between Google's AI products and customer's live infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters as part of an expert team. Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency. Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points in Google's AI stack, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests for the Engineering teams. Co-build with pre-sales and product teams to instill Google-grade development best practices, ensuring long term project success and high end user adoption. Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We are committed to building a workforce that is representative of the users we serve, creating a culture of belonging, and providing an equal employment opportunity regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding), expecting or parents to be, criminal histories consistent with legal requirements, or any other basis protected by law. Product Manager, GelatoConnect
Gelato
About Gelato Gelato has created the world's largest global network for on demand production of custom products, from t-shirts and mugs to books and wall art. We empower a new generation of ecommerce entrepreneurs to share their creativity worldwide while embracing local, sustainable production. By producing locally and perfectly matching supply with demand, we eliminate waste and reduce carbon emissions. At Gelato, we don't own production facilities, we build the software that connects them. With over 140 production partners in 32 countries, our network can deliver custom products to five billion people in just 72 hours. It's smarter, faster, and greener. With GelatoConnect, our SaaS platform, we are driving innovation in print production. GelatoConnect simplifies operations for print producers by automating procurement, workflows, and logistics into one seamless system. By boosting efficiency and cutting costs, it helps businesses scale to meet market demands. With GelatoConnect, we are reshaping the print industry to be more efficient, sustainable, and profitable. What You Will Be Doing The world of software is being reshaped by AI - and so is print. At Gelato, we are building GelatoConnect, an AI powered operating system that helps print service providers (PSPs) run smarter, faster, and more profitably. We are at the forefront of bringing vertical SaaS and AI into one of the world's oldest industries. Product managers at Gelato operate with full ownership of a product area, from early discovery through to live operation. You will be responsible not only for defining what to build, but for ensuring it works in practice - for customers, in real workflows, under real constraints. You will work directly with PSP customers to understand their operations, identify pain points, and translate complex, often fragmented workflows into practical, usable software. You will partner closely with a small, high ownership engineering team and play an active role in both discovery and delivery - including shaping solutions, validating outputs, and supporting execution. You will have accountability for business outcomes. This is not a traditional PM role. There is no clear separation between product, design, and delivery. We expect you to build, not just specify. You will use AI tools - Claude, Cursor, Lovable, and others - to prototype ideas, validate concepts with working software, and accelerate every stage of product development. Our team follows an AI first, prototype first approach and we iterate at speed. Key Responsibilities Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area - setting clear goals and driving outcomes, not feature output Working directly with PSP customers to deeply understand their operations, pain points, and what success looks like in their business Leading a team of engineers through rapid, iterative delivery cycles Using AI tools daily to build prototypes, run data analysis, draft specs, create evals, and validate ideas before committing engineering time Defining and tracking success metrics that tie to customer value and business impact Collaborating across product teams and with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product experiences Obsessing over data quality, instrumentation, and feedback loops - you are the person who knows what is working, what is not, and why Thinking entrepreneurially: identifying where to build, where to buy, and where to partner - and acting on it with urgency Who You Are You are a builder at heart. You believe the best product thinking happens when you can make ideas tangible - fast. You do not wait for permission or perfect information; you prototype, test, learn, and iterate. You treat AI as a thought partner and a force multiplier, not just a feature to ship. You have an entrepreneurial mentality and thrive in environments where ambiguity is the norm. You are comfortable operating across strategy and execution - framing a market opportunity in the morning and debugging a customer integration issue in the afternoon. You communicate with precision and empathy, and you earn trust by consistently delivering results. You take accountability seriously. With AI, you can delegate the work but not the accountability. You define what good looks like before you start, evaluate outputs critically, catch what is wrong before it ships, and own the outcomes of your AI assisted workflows. AI Fluency Expectations We set a high bar for AI fluency. This is not about knowing which tools exist - it is about having AI embedded into how you work every day, with repeatable systems and measurable impact. Concretely, we expect you to: Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow for discovery, analysis, prototyping, and communication Build working prototypes and MVPs using AI assisted development - not just wireframes or slide decks Demonstrate an iterative, AI as thought partner approach: prompt, push back, refine, evaluate - not just accept the first output Show an upward trajectory of AI fluency - what have you tried, what did you abandon, and how has your approach evolved? Take full accountability for AI generated outputs: you verify, you evaluate, you own the quality Key Requirements You have 5+ years of hands on product management experience in B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, or workflow/operational software, ideally in a startup or scale up environment You have owned products end to end, from customer discovery through to delivery and live operation - not just contributing to a subset of the lifecycle You are comfortable working closely with engineering and are technically fluent: you can discuss architecture tradeoffs, work with data (e.g. SQL), and build functional prototypes when needed You have practical experience using AI in your workflow (e.g. prototyping, analysis, spec creation), with clear examples of how it improved speed or decision quality You are able to take ambiguous, incomplete, or conflicting inputs and turn them into clear priorities, decisions, and shipped outcomes You demonstrate strong product judgment: you can prioritize effectively, say no when needed, and focus on what drives real customer and business value You can advocate for decisions with both qualitative insight and quantitative rigor You communicate with clarity and conviction - in writing, in demos, and in customer conversations You are energized by the challenge of bringing a traditional industry into the AI age Graduate degree with strong academic performance is valued, but what you have built matters more than where you studied. What it's like to work at Gelato We are a customer obsessed team with the ambition to change the world by connecting technology to the printing industry and making it much more sustainable. Everyone who joins our team must feel genuinely intrigued and motivated by our mission. We expect a lot. We are a driven team with big goals, so we seek individuals who are genuinely passionate about their work and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Our culture is unique and we live by our values, so it's worth learning more about our culture and how we work before presenting your application. At Gelato, we pride ourselves on our global presence with 14 offices worldwide, fostering a dynamic and diverse work environment. Rooted in a culture that values collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie, we actively cultivate a company culture that thrives on shared experiences. We encourage team members to embrace this culture by working from our inspiring office spaces at least three days a week, allowing for meaningful connections and collective growth. Lastly, we ask that you please upload your CV in English, regardless of which country you are applying from.
