Campaign Manager

They offer personalised loyalty marketing solutions to their customers and with their technical expertise they empower their clients to be leaders in their fields. They help customers harness and make better use of their data to deliver more personalised customer experiences. What will you be doing? The job will be working in the Client Services team and you will be responsible for managing integrated direct marketing campaigns. You will be the client's day to day campaign contact and be able to resolve all issues relating to the successful delivery of campaigns to customers. You will become an expert in the use of our client's product and manage campaigns from brief, to build to execution. Who are you? Great employees make a great company! You will have previous experience in implementing complex SaaS solutions, ideally in a CRM or loyalty data driven context. You will have experience of communicating with end customers, product and support teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
