Uxbridge – Salesforce Developer – Sensor/Systems This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Salesforce Developer to utilise their experience and out of the box creativity to launch in some markets, and increase awareness in others. Job Description: Working alongside their wider development team (primarily C#.NET), my client requires an experienced Salesforce Developer to act as hands-on technical lead for their newly formed, in-house Salesforce development team (1 x Dev, 1 x Junior Dev, 1 x Admin) Responsibilities include: + Salesforce development/configuration, as appropriate, on various project and support activities + Working with the Software Development Team Leader to co-ordinate Salesforce development, configuration and releases + Establishing best practices and maintaining coding standards within the team + Working closely with QA team to ensure seamless delivery of changes Skills and Experience Required: The candidate will be a strong developer and an excellent communicator, capable of understanding and explaining complex technical issues and business processes with both technical and non-technical employees. Good organisation and time management skills are required, as the candidate may be required to have involvement in multiple concurrent projects. Ideally, they will also have: + 5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years of specific Salesforce experience + Experience mentoring junior team members + Familiar with Agile development methodology Salary/Rate/Other details: This salary/rate for this role will be negotiable depending on experience.
