Our client is a well established company based in lisburn. Over the past few years this company has generated new business throughout the Private and Public sector throughout NI and continues to expand its business. Due to company growth a position has arisen for an IT Engineer/Team leader to join their team on a permanent basis. Role: The Engineer/Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day running of the Technology helpdesk such as service calls and control resources Insure that all customer service levels are met on a daily basis Ensuring appropriate service charges are applied to customer accounts and annual targets are met Work within a team and ensure all duties are complete on time Talk to customers and build excellent relationships with them and see where additional support/service is needed Skills: Must have at least 3 years experience within a similar role Must have experience within IT projects Have all round Technical experience and a strong team player Experience working in a wide range of technologies such as: Hyper V VM Ware HP Servers and storage Excellent customer service skills with pre sales experience and reviews Team leader/ senior Manager in a similar role would be an advantage Pro active and work well under pressure Salary will depend on experience and skills and will be £25k to £30k+ with additional benefits and company car and bonus.
