Job Description

A Customer Services / Service Desk Representative is required for 3 months initially (likely to be long term or even permanent) based in Frimley. Working for a large company you will be working in their IT Department where you will be taking IT related calls and solving simple issues where possible or passing onto 2nd line support if more complex. The calls you will be taking will be linked to both IT hardware and Software. You need previous experience of either working in either a Customer Services, Service Desk, Helpdesk, IT Support or similar experience or this would suit someone with an IT qualification or someone with a keen interest in IT. Full IT and Computer training will be provided if necessary. For the right candidate this position could become long term or even become permanent. This position is to start ASAP and will pay £11.00 + holiday pay & pension per hour (paye) or £13.50 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
