ETL Developer (Talend)

ETL (Talend) Developer required for a growing consultancy, based in the city centre of Glasgow. You will join a team of established ETL specialists, with a lot of training and self-development provided. The company work with a number of blue chip clients across the central belt of Scotland. I am looking to speak with Developers who have previous experience of Talend and other relevant ETL tools. You will lead the design and development on data integration and application development projects, with the end goal leading to a hands-on and technical lead role. You will be mentored to contribute towards other data integration areas, such as Business Intelligence Reporting and data modelling. This role offers great scope for learning and development and you will be able to gain great knowledge from the experts in BI Development and data modelling who are already in place. The key skills and experience the ideal candidate will have are: ** Exposure to Talend ETL tool ** Other ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica etc ** Design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of ETL processes ** Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse design and development ** A strong willingness to develop and improve on existing skills Due to the rarity of these people in Scotland, the company would consider candidates from Europe who can demonstrate a very strong understanding of Talend.
