Sage ERP X3 Developer for internal role at fabulous Tech Co

An experienced Sage ERP X3 Developer is sought for an internal role with one of the most visionary companies we have had the pleasure to work with. Here we have a lynch pin role for a Sage ERP X3 Developer to work alongside the directors and the finance & operations teams, to achieve their long term objectives for their Sage ERP X3 solution. There are plenty of other software developers working on the product development side and building their product portfolio, but you will look after the development of their Sage ERP X3 internal software, developing technical solutions for the company's business requirements. So that covers finance, R & D, manufacturing, distribution, stock control, supply chain and billing. You will be a key player in the future development and the maintenance of their Sage ERP X3 software. You will work with stakeholders and users to design and implement X3 changes and enhancements and agree overall process flows, and will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle including technical analysis, specification, design, development, testing, documentation and deployment. You should be capable of designing and executing business requirements into X3 development deliverables and to write maintainable application code. Hands-on experience with SQL scripting is required as their current report writing tools are not up to scratch, and if you are able to manage their Sage Server as well, this would be a bonus as it is currently looked after by a third party. You will also take responsibility for Sage ERP X3 user training and user guide documentation, as well as the management and maintenance of their X3 software. Quick skills profile: *Fully proficient in developing and supporting Sage ERP X3 and related integrations *Experienced in the SDLC of Sage ERP X3 *SQL Script Writing *Able to develop Sage X3 technical solutions to requirements in a complex applications environment *You write really good maintainable application code and your documentation is excellent *You communicate really well and get on with people at all levels from shop floor to board room *You are a self-starter and can deliver great results *You want to work for a rapidly growing company working at the cutting edge of product innovation Want to know more?
