Amazing opportunity to work as a Java Developer with a FTSE100 company in central Bristol. All code is Java 8, making full use of lambas, the new Stream API, and Optionals (no nulls allowed!). They work in an agile way, with sprints (planned in Jira), retrospectives, automated testing (using Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, PhantomJS), and an automated build server (Jenkins), and product-centric development. They are responsible for the full stack of development, from the database through to the HTML and Javascript. Technologies used include Spring Boot, Oracle database, ActiveMQ, Thymeleaf and JQuery.
