EMEA Reward Specialist | Permanent | £55,000 - £60,000
A really interesting opportunity to join a leading company within the Rewards and policy HR department. As the expert you will provide expert support and advice on all Reward and performance activities in the EMEA region delivering both enterprise wide programmes and specific business solutions.
You will be serving as the main point of contact for HR Business Partner(s) of supported organizations, on all Reward (compensation/performance management/compliance) questions and issues; including Compensation, Performance Management, Salary Planning, Promotion Strategy, Rewards and Recognition Programs, Incentive/Retention Plans and Salary Analysis.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience of working in 2 or more countries within the EMEA Region
* Exposure with M&A activities and Due Diligence
* Experience of HRIS reporting (Peoplesoft) and Market Survey data (WTW, Radford,Mercer)
