Senior Digital Designer

Central Employment are delighted to be working with a leading digital technology agency who work with leading household names and eCommerce clients. Due to phenomenal growth they are now looking for a Lead Digital Designer. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in UI Design, UX design, visualisation and branding. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a creative team of junior & mid-weight designers Develop UX strategy including visual mockups, design specifications, style guides in a fast paced reactive environment. Working on large scale digital projects including large web builds and apps. 'Hands on' approach from initial concept through to delivery Essential Requirements Flair and creativity including detailed craft, design and layout across UI & UX Design Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud, understanding of HTML/CSS & JavaScript for prototyping Agile/Lean methodologies experience Excellent communication and pitching skills able to explain complex concepts of design to clients.
