CRM Administrator - Dynamics CRM
A CRM Administrator is required by an innovative market leader in the field of Scientific technology. This global company work on truly cutting edge equipment and are looking to create a centre of excellence within Customer Relationship Management.
Role: CRM Administrator
As CRM administrator you will be responsible for:
+ Managing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database and linked Distributor Portal across Sales and Marketing operations
+ Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Assisting with Marketing campaigns
+ Providing user support and training, general system administration, plus identifying and implementing system and process improvements
+ Day-to-day administration (of the Dynamics CRM system and Distributor Portal), customisation and data integration
+ Collaboration with users and management in defining, analysing and designing of new processes and systems
+ Providing a high level of user support and training to internal and external clients
+ Reporting relevant departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on monthly basis
+ Provide general systems administration, identifying and implementing system and process improvements
Experience:
As CRM Administrator you will have experience of:
+ Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system configuration and maintenance
+ Proven Data Administration/ Business Analysis skills utilising the Microsoft Office Suite ie: Word, Excel
+ A customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and improved accuracy
+ Experience with providing training on a one-to-one and group basis
+ Understanding of data concepts and data manipulation
+ Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external contacts
