This is an exceptional Solution Architect - BPO contract opportunity to join a leading London-based technology company.

The Solution Architect - BPO contract is full time onsite 5 days a week on site in Central London. Therefore, you must be based within a commutable distance.

The Solution Architect - BPO role is Outside IR35.

As Solution Architect - BPO you will partner with sales, product and delivery teams to understand client needs, design tailored BPO and CCaaS solutions and clearly articulate their business value. The Solution Architect - BPO will lead discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts and technical assessments, producing scopes of work, designs and implementation plans that balance client goals with technical constraints. You will support presentations and RFP/RFI responses, advise on integrations and deployment, manage senior stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition into delivery. The Solution Architect - BPO will also shape AI-enabled workflow redesign, automation strategies and operating model improvements while supporting delivery mobilisation, risk assessment and successful outcomes throughout the engagement.

• Proven commercial experience as a Solution Architect - BPO, Pre-Sales Solution Architect or similar
• Strong BPO
• CCaaS knowledge

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

Desirable skills as Solution Architect - BPO

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Architecture certifications
