Business AI Graduate - About the opportunity

OCS Consulting is looking for a graduate to join our team and develop into an AI-focused business and consulting professional. This is not a role for someone looking to become a technical AI developer. Instead, you'll sit between business, clients, technology and AI, helping us understand business challenges, investigate opportunities, and consider where AI and technology can deliver practical value. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists, gaining exposure to real client and internal projects while developing your knowledge and skills.

What you'll be doing

The Business AI Graduate role will include:

• Researching AI developments, tools and business use cases
• Investigating business and client challenges
• Supporting business analysis and problem-solving activities
• Helping identify where AI and technology could add value
• Supporting client proposals, presentations and reports
• Working with consultants and technical teams
• Assisting with AI assessments, research and proof-of-concepts
• Exploring how AI can be adopted effectively within organisations
• Contributing to OCS' own AI initiatives and development.

What we're looking for

Ideally the successful Business AI Graduate will have:

• A degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Business, or a related subject
• Some exposure to AI through a university module, project, dissertation or similar (ChatGPT, Claude Code and Co Pilot/others)
• A genuine interest in developing your AI knowledge
• Good commercial and analytical instincts
• An understanding of how businesses operate
• Confidence using technology, data and digital tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A naturally curious and investigative approach
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Eligible to work in the UK and Europe.

You don't need extensive professional experience. A placement, internship, part time job, or relevant university project would be useful, but your attitude, curiosity and potential are more important.
