Full Stack Kotlin Developer - Contract

Locations: London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol & Birmingham
Contract | Outside IR35
Up to £450-£525 per day

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Kotlin Developer to join a team delivering secure, scalable, and user-centred digital solutions across major UK public sector programmes.

You'll work with modern technologies on large-scale digital transformation projects, contributing to technical delivery and helping shape best practices across the development team.

• Kotlin, Java & Spring Boot
• Full Stack development
• Microservices & REST APIs
• AWS, Azure or GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes & Terraform
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
• Agile delivery
• Technical leadership and mentoring

• Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Kotlin Developer
• Strong Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot experience
• Experience working with cloud-native technologies
• Previous Public Sector or Government experience is essential
• Strong understanding of Agile development and modern software engineering practices
