What you will do Technology plays a critical role in how our people work, collaborate and deliver for clients every day. Our End User Computing team is responsible for making sure employees have a secure, reliable and seamless technology experience, whether they are working in the office, at home or on the move.
As Senior Manager, End User Computing, you will lead the strategy, delivery and ongoing evolution of our digital workplace services. You'll work across Technology, Security and Business teams to ensure colleagues have the tools, devices and support they need to do their best work.
You'll lead our global End User Computing function, shaping how technology is delivered across the business while ensuring a reliable, secure and modern workplace experience.
- Define and deliver the EUC strategy across devices, workplace technology and collaboration tools.
- Lead global teams responsible for endpoint management, device lifecycle, workplace services and user support.
- Drive adoption of modern management technologies including Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
- Improve service performance, user experience and operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Cyber Security teams to strengthen endpoint security, identity management and compliance.
- Lead major technology projects including upgrades, migrations and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Manage key technology suppliers and service partners.
- Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading End User Computing or Digital Workplace teams in a complex organisation.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and modern endpoint management.
- Strong experience across Windows, macOS, mobile device management and endpoint security.
- Experience working closely with Cyber Security teams on Zero Trust, identity and data protection initiatives.
- A track record of improving service performance and end user experience at scale.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting at leadership level.
- Strong people leadership, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
