RPA Automation Engineer - Outside IR35

Initial 3-Month Contract | £500 per day | UK Remote

We are working with a leading wealth management/Financial Services organisation seeking an experienced RPA Automation Engineer to develop a framework for automating secure login processes across multiple third-party provider portals.

The project aims to reduce manual effort and operational risk, with providers using a range of authentication methods including 2FA, OTP (email/SMS/authenticator) and Unipass.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable RPA automation framework.

• Automate browser-based provider portal logins.

• Integrate with APIs and secure credential-management solutions, including 1Password.

• Develop solutions for MFA/2FA and OTP authentication.

• Utilise Microsoft SharePoint/M365 where required.

• Build robust error handling, logging and audit capabilities.

• Establish reusable automation standards for future provider integrations.

Essential Experience

• Strong commercial RPA development experience.

• UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism.

• Strong API/integration experience.

• Experience with MFA/2FA/OTP.

• Experience with secure credential/secrets management.

• Microsoft SharePoint/M365 experience.

Desirable

• Financial services/wealth management experience.

• Unipass experience.

• 1Password, CyberArk, Azure Key Vault or similar.

• Experience designing RPA frameworks/automation architecture.
