Role Title: Oracle Application Lead
Contract duration: 6 months
Location: Reading- 2 days a week onsite
Description:
- Candidate with at least 15+ years of experience working in Oracle ERP products
- Good Experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS Solution projects with hands on Development and Architecture Experience
- Knowledge of Integration (OIC) and HCM Payroll is an added plus
- Experience in Upgrade projects is desirable.
- Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills
- Experience in Leading a team and managing Onsite-Offshore coordination.

- Drive discussion with Business and Lead a project from onsite
- Connect with offshore team and ensure delivery is on track
