IT Service Manager 6-Month Contract InsideIR35 Hybrid

Location: London (Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week)
Contract: Inside IR35

We're supporting a leading organisation within the Utilities sector in the search for an experienced IT Service Manager to join a multi-supplier IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Own Major Incident Management, including participation in an on-call rota.
• Drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives across services.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce service reporting and manage service-related risks.
• Build strong relationships across technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

Essential Experience

• Experience managing multiple managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practice.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Own Major Incident Management processes and supplier escalations.
• Drive ITIL service management practices across Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
• Ensure supplier performance against SLAs, OLAs and contractual commitments.
• Produce service reporting and support governance, audit and risk management activities.

Desirable

• Experience within Utilities, regulated industries, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and service resilience.
