Apprenticeship Systems Administrator
Wiltshire College & University Centre Cross College/Trowbridge Campus

Are you organised, confident with IT systems, and enjoy finding better ways of working? Do you have strong administrative skills and an interest in digital systems, data, and supporting apprenticeships?

Based at our Trowbridge Campus, youll join the Apprenticeship Team, helping manage the digital systems and processes that support the successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an administration, IT, data, customer service, or systems background who wants to develop their career in education.

What We Offer

Salary: £25,304 per year

Contract Type: Fixed Term for maternity cover for 1 Year

Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do

Support colleagues with the OneFile E-Portfolio system
Help deliver training on OneFile and other digital systems
Produce accurate reports and maintain apprenticeship data
Manage SharePoint pages and digital resources
Support digital enrolment and onboarding processes
Maintain secure and accurate electronic records
Support Assessor training days
Work closely with the MIS Apprenticeship Team
Provide accurate information to managers and colleagues
Identify ways to improve systems and processes
Help ensure data is managed securely and correctly

What Youll Bring

Strong IT and digital skills
Experience in administration, systems, data, customer service or a similar role
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach to improving processes
Ability to manage priorities and work independently
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience with OneFile, SharePoint, databases or e-portfolio systems would be an advantage
