What You'll Do

• Lead data initiatives that drive both internal improvements and client-facing reporting
• Collaborate with tech and growth teams to create experiments, measure feature impact, and develop new insights
• Work with NHS Trusts and external partners to track outcomes and product usage
• Own database health, reporting frameworks, and metrics infrastructure
• Use analytics to inform strategic decisions across product, operations, and leadership

Who You Are Required:

• 1+ year in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience gathering insights from internal stakeholders
• Comfortable translating data into real-world business and user outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and presentation ability
• Passionate about improving healthcare through data

Nice to Have:

• Python experience
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Previous experience in B2B data analysis or healthcare tech
