We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of building relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities Project management essentials
- personal skills e.g., planning capability, soft skills, interpersonal skills, and group skillsProblem-solving and decision making using mandelows matrixStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
Change Management
- Experience in designing and implementing effective change management strategies within large, complex organizations.
- Better informed decisions based on data-driven decisions, inclusive decisions, using tools such as Kotter's model of changeDecision-making based on internal and external experts by analyzing key matrices based on who, how, and what of the decision-making process.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (eg, Prosci ADKAR model) and their practical application.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.Mandelow's matrix to identify and prioritize stakeholders,Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of initiative.
