Klaviyos is seeking a seasoned Professional Services professional to lead enterprise-level engagements in a SaaS environment. You will own delivery from scoping with Sales to successful implementation and ongoing adoption, partnering with Customer Success and Partners to scale outcomes.
You will serve as a senior contributor trusted by customers and internal stakeholders, combining delivery leadership with deep technical knowledge of the company platform and martech ecosystem.
