Yacht Crew is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, infrastructure and asset management across a luxury private estate.
The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, maintenance staff and contractors, drive preventative maintenance programmes and capital projects, and ensure the highest standards across all facilities.
