Are you a Junior Software Tester hungry for a step up into a new challenge? Do you have strong experience in Manual testing but are looking to learn and gain Automation experience? Do you have experience of working with SQL? • Develop and contribute to current testing procedures and methods, utilising manual testing methodologies
• Plan to venture into automated testing through learning (no previous experience required)
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure the highest standard of software quality through methodical and systematic testing of enhancements and bug fixes at the earliest development stage
• Define testing approach and enjoy exploratory testing
• Modify test cases and execute test scripts
• Gather, report and monitor test metrics and defect analysis

• 12+ months commercial experience
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience working with SQL
• Any coding experience and automation knowledge beneficial

The salary on offer is up to £24-30K, with cross train into automation and an attractive benefits package.

The office is based in Nottingham, easily commutable from Leicester, Derby and Chesterfield, and accessible by public transport.
