Applications Operations Engineer

WA Consultants is currently recruiting for an Applications Operations Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.

The successful applicant will provide support for multiple platforms, specifically Vortex. You will be responsible for supporting this new platform as it gets developed and increases in use. The role will focus on configuring and managing the data products that need to be set up to allow internal users to use Vortex.

Key responsibilities:

• Configuring products on the Vortex Platform (using languages such as Handlebars.js/Moustache.js and Typst)
• Supporting the on boarding journey of these products through collaboration with stakeholders, Product Managers and Service Delivery Managers
• Manage Change, Incidents and Problems using ServiceNow

Please note, this role has been deemed by the client to fall inside of IR35.
