Build and scale cutting edge GenAI full stack applications, design infrastructure, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate to develop GenAI proof of concepts (POCs) using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents.
- Scale POCs to production ready solutions for customers.
- Design and develop full stack applications for GenAI and non GenAI projects.
- Support infrastructure development to enable robust end to end solutions.
- Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, including GenAI.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES Business Development
- Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.

YOUR PROFILE Eligibility
- Hold an active SC (Security Check) Clearance or be eligible for such clearance.
Technical Expertise
- Backend Development: Build microservices using Python/ FastAPI or TypeScript/ Express or equivalent.
- Frontend Development: Build React applications with TypeScript, leveraging Next.js or Vite.
- GenAI Frameworks: Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI (Python or JavaScript).
- LLM experience: Practical experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or Ollama.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS or Azure for hosting and deployment.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Hands on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Exposure to Terraform.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiar with Langsmith, Langfuse, or similar.
- CI/CD: Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.
Database Management
- Vector Databases: Experience with ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, MongoDB, Qdrant, etc.
- NoSQL: Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- SQL: Experience with PostgreSQL.
Version Control
- Proficient in Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab.
Work Methodology
- Experience working in an agile team environment.
Communication Skills
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership
- Experience leading projects and people management.
LOCATION AND REMUNERATION
London, Manchester or Glasgow are office base locations, but the role may involve travel or assignment periods away from home. The remuneration package includes flexible benefits options and a variable element based on performance.
