Job Description
The role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications, ensuring 100% quality assurance parameters before deployment at client sites.
Role Purpose
To deliver reliable software solutions that meet client requirements and operate at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and design. Develop software solutions by studying information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigate problem areas and facilitate root cause analysis. Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability. Convert client requirements to feasible design and collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts.
- Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development. Evaluate operational feasibility, develop and automate validation processes, modify code to fix errors, and ensure bug free releases. Prepare documentation, reports, and coordinate daily project status. Provide feedback on usability and trace results to quality risk.
- Maintain status reporting and customer focus. Capture requirements and clarifications, gather feedback to ensure on time delivery, participate in continuing education, consult with engineering staff on interfaces, document and demonstrate solutions, and respond to customer requests promptly with excellent communication.

- Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: 100% error free onboarding & implementation, throughput, adherence to schedule/release plan.
- Quality & CSAT: On time delivery, software management, troubleshooting queries, customer experience, completion of assigned certifications.
- MIS & Reporting: 100% on time MIS & report generation.
